Throughout the last year, Nuovo worked very closely with Virthuowhiz. Although long distance relationships can be challenging, Virtuowhiz has been very flexible to accommodate a working schedule with our team on the other side of the globe in Canada. We began working with them with the purpose of transitioning our CRM to Salescloud, and we're now only weeks out from going live with a solution that was very complex to reproduce. Our current CRM was built from scratch when Nuovo was still a small company, and our team got used to custom features that can be challenging to recreate in an environment like Salecloud. To achieve our goal, Virtuowhiz has implemented other tools along the way such as Marketing Cloud and Talkdesk.
