We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, scripting, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Develop and customize:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Notifications
- Catalog Items
- Create and configure workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
- Work with GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem, and other ServiceNow APIs.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
- Experience with ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Understanding of Update Sets, Application Scopes, and ServiceNow tables/forms.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of CMDB, CSM, FSM, or custom ServiceNow applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF.
- Knowledge of UI Builder / Configurable Workspaces.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and deployments.
