Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-driven Salesforce Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients post-implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure successful Salesforce adoption, maximize customer value, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after Salesforce implementation.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous value realization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Understand customer business objectives and align Salesforce capabilities to meet evolving needs.
  • Conduct training, enablement, and adoption workshops for end users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health, platform usage, and satisfaction to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Delivery teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and process improvement.
  • Track and report key success metrics such as adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin, Support, or Customer Success role).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and map them effectively to Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience handling customer issues, JIRA tickets, SLAs, and escalation management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, AI Associate, or related) are a plus.
  • Experience working in SaaS, CRM consulting, or client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or customer success platforms.
  • Basic testing or QA knowledge is an added advantage.
