Business Analyst Pre Sales
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Business Analyst with proven experience in Upwork and other freelancing/bidding platforms to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, handling clients, pitching solutions, preparing documentation, and supporting the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Experience:- 1-2 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding platforms
- Identify relevant projects and prepare winning proposals and bids
- Communicate with international clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Conduct requirement analysis and translate client needs into clear solution proposals
- Handle client pitching calls, discovery calls, and follow-up discussions
- Support effort estimation, timelines, and pricing strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales BA / Business Analyst / Bid Manager
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and other bidding platforms
- Strong experience in client handling and communication (US, UK, clients)
- Excellent proposal writing and client pitching skills
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to non-technical clients
- Experience working with IT / software development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
